Halo Bagels Café currently offers online ordering for in-store pickup only.

We do not currently offer shipping through halobagels.com.

When to Pick Up Your Order

Shopify may display an estimated preparation time during checkout.

This is an estimate only.

Your order may be ready earlier or may take longer during busy periods.

For the best experience, please wait until you receive your Ready for Pickup notification before coming to the store.

Picking Up Your Order

When arriving, please provide:

• The name used on the order, or
• Your order number

A team member will locate your order and complete the pickup.

Order Accuracy

Please review your order confirmation before pickup.

If you notice an error or need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible.

Once preparation has begun, changes may not be possible.

Late Pickup

Food quality can decline when an order is not collected promptly.

Halo Bagels Café cannot guarantee the same temperature, texture, or freshness for orders picked up significantly after they are marked ready.

We may be unable to remake or refund an order solely because it was picked up late.

Unclaimed Orders

Prepared orders that are not picked up are generally not eligible for refunds.

Third-Party Pickup

Someone else may pick up an order on your behalf as long as they have the customer name or order number.
